They're an American company that has been around since the 70s and have generally positive reviews around the web. They're made to order and I bought it new for ~$600 back in 2023. You would assume they made an attempt to balance it perfectly and there are the added weights on each end showing evidence of that. I won't rule out user error at all considering that's what started everything. I was getting more desperate to fix the vibration with each attempt I made that didn't pan out, so I made sure to slow down and do the jobs as correctly as possible for the best possible outcome. Just to expand slightly on what I think the issue actually is with the Z32, just that the CSB mounting location is not very robust, and also happens to be right where you're sitting. Below is a photo of the JXB CSB Mount on a modern Dodge Charger, a stock CSB mount on a G35/37 (best I could find), and the Z32 JXB photo I posted. You can see how much larger and thicker the CSB mounting points are on the Dodge and G, compared to the Z32. Perhaps they could have done the same exact thing with a larger CSB mounts on the 350Z, but went with the CF solution for the reasons you mentioned. I wonder what the results would be of cutting off the stock Z32 CSB mounts and welding in some revised larger CSB mounts similar to the others pictured. I'd love to see what the Auto CSB mount location looks like on the 2023+ Z. Dodge Charger
